The glass panels were treated with the abstract modern forms containing the traditional indian jaali patterns in modern pop colours. The entire design was printed on transparent vinyl, which has a slight blurry-ness in it’s material-texture. We took that to our advantage and cut out the negative spaces which did not have the print and the design, thereby exposing the glass making it entirely see-through. The rest of the portion that contained the print, blurred the glass and hence added a sense of privacy to the space.
